摘要

Abstract

To develop high-efficiency solar photothermal conversion material,MWCNTs/PAN hybrid nanofiber membranes were controllably prepared by electrospinning technology,by which multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs),polyacrylonitrile(PAN)and viscose fiber spunlace nonwovens were used as photothermal conversion component,organic continuous phase and supporting substrate,respectively.The effects of MWCNTs content on the micromorphology,photothermal conversion properties and me-chanical properties of MWCNTs/PAN hybrid nanofiber membranes were investigated by scanning elec-tron microscopy,UV-Vis-NIR spectrometer,infrared thermal imager and universal tensile testing ma-chine.The results indicated that as the concentration of MWCNTs increased within the range of 0-1%,the diameter of the hybrid nanofibers was uniform and there were no MWCNTs aggregates on the sur-face.The photothermal conversion performance improved significantly and the mechanical properties ini-tially improved and then decreased with high MWCNTs concentration.This study provides an experi-mental basis for the controllable preparation of carbon nanotube-based nanofiber membrane with efficient photothermal conversion and mechanical stability,and has potential for application in the field of thermal management textiles.
