Numerical Calculation of Oil-paper Bushing Heat-flow Coupling Field Based on Finite Vol-ume and Intrusive Order Reduction Method Study

Abstract
To solve the problem of long-term dependence on foreign imported commercial software,insufficient auton-omy and low computational efficiency in the simulation calculation of heat-flow coupling field of electric power equipment,we put forward a full-order numerical algorithm based on the finite volume method of bushing heat-flow cou-pling field,and construct an intrusive reduced-order model of bushing heat-flow coupling field by using the POD-Galerkin method,which solves the problem of the purely data-driven physical consistency and the poor generaliza-tion ability.By taking the 110 kV oil-paper bushing as the research object,the computational accuracy and engineering applicability of the developed algorithm are verified through the comparative analysis of the computational results of the self-developed full-order model,the simulation data of Fluent commercial software,and the actual bushing temperature rise test data.On this basis,the temperature field and multi-dimensional flow field data which are output from the full-order model of bushing heat-flow coupling field are analyzed modally by using singular value decomposition(SVD),and the number of orthogonal bases is selected reasonably,so that the degree of freedom of the temperature field is re-duced from 59 842 to 6,and the degree of freedom of the flow field is reduced from 119 684 to 40.The results of the study show that the maximal relative error of the temperature field and the flow field of the reduced order model and the full-order model is less than 6%,and the computational efficiency is improved by 3.06 times at the same time.The re-search can provide an effective solution for the independent simulation and efficient calculation of the heat-flow coupling field of oil-paper bushing,which is of great significance to break the monopoly of foreign commercial software.关键词
