肝内胆管结石临床病理分型的现状与改良
The current situation and improvement on the clinical pathological classification of hepatolithiasis

Abstract
Hepatolithiasis is a common disease in China.Patients with multiple stones and those complicated by significant hepatic and biliary duct lesions often require hepatectomy.A scientific and rational clinical pathological classification of hepatolithiasis is of great significance for guiding surgical treatment,improving the clearance rate of stones and lesions,and accelerating postoperative recovery.Based on a brief analysis of previous classifications,this paper focuses on analyzing the deficiencies of the HLDO classification and puts forward targeted improvements:uniformly defining various lesion sites,redefining the grading of lesion severity,replacing some indicator codes,and distinguishing between Oddi sphincter relaxation and stenosis,thus forming a modified HLDO classification.This modified HLDO classification features simpler documentation,more accurate assessment,and a higher coincidence rate in designing hepatectomy procedures.关键词
