日光温室椰糠袋培条件下灌水量对黄瓜生长、产量及品质的影响
Effects of irrigation level on growth,yield and fruit quality of cucumber cultivated in coconut coir substrate bags in solar greenhouse

Abstract
[Objective]The cultivation of high-quality vegetables in soilless substrates has increased significantly in recent years to meet rising market demand.In greenhouses,optimizing irrigation management is critical for sustainable vegetable production.Taking cucumber grown in coconut coir substrate bags as an example,this study experimentally investigates the effects of irrigation amount on cucumber growth,yield,and fruit quality.[Method]The experiment was conducted in a solar greenhouse using cucumber cultivar'Jinyou No.35'as the model plant.There were five irrigation treatments that irrigated 0.6 L/(plant·d)(R1),0.8 L/(plant·d)(R2),1.0 L/(plant·d)(R3),1.2 L/(plant·d)(R4),and 1.4 L/(plant·d)(R5)of water during the fruiting stage,respectively.Plant growth parameters,including plant height,stem diameter,leaf pigment content,photosynthetic parameters,root activity,yield,fruit quality,and water use efficiency,were measured and analyzed for each treatment.[Result]Irrigating 1.0 L/(plant·d)resulted in the highest plant growth rate,photosynthetic capacity,root activity,and single fruit weight,but the highest total yield was obtained in the 0.8 L/(plant·d)treatment.Irrigating 1.0 L/(plant·d)produced the best fruit quality with the lowest tannin and nitrate contents.[Conclusion]Considering plant growth,yield,water productivity,and fruit quality,an irrigation level of 1.0 L/(plant·d)was optimal for achieving high-yield,high-quality,and high-efficiency production for cucumber in coconut coir substrate cultivation in solar greenhouses.关键词
