组织支持对养殖户质量安全生产行为的影响研究
Impact of organizational support on meat duck farmers' quality and safety production behaviors:Evidence from 12 provinces in China

Abstract
The organizational support provided by industry organizations is a significant exogenous factor influencing the quality and safety production practices of farmers.Based on micro-level survey data from 1145 meat duck farmers across 12 provinces in China,this study empirically examines the impact of organizational support on farmers' quality and safety production behaviors using an ordered Probit model.The study finds that:1)Organizational support and its sub-dimensions significantly and positively effect on farmers' quality and safety production behaviors.2)Organizational support mainly influences the quality and safety production behaviors of farmers through three pathways:incentives through quality premiums,enhancement of feasible capabilities for safe production,and strengthening the moral responsibility.3)Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the promoting effect of organizational support on farmers' quality and safety production behaviors is more pronounced in groups with higher digital information acquisition ability and those whose farms are located in the southern regions.Based on these findings,the study proposes policy recommendations such as accelerating the cultivation and expansion of agricultural industry organizations and deepening digital farming empowerment to promote farmers' quality and safety production and ensure the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products.关键词
