国家重大活动志愿服务育人机制研究

Abstract
To reveal the profound educational logic of volunteer services for major national events,this paper takes the conference commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War as the research scene.Through in-depth interviews with 60 volunteers from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,an educational mechanism model of"mission inspiration-organizational empowerment-faith elevation"is constructed based on grounded theory.Research shows that the value resonance between national mission and youth responsibility is the core trigger point for volunteers' participation motivation.The synergistic effect of institutional guarantee and emotional support constitutes the key support in the educational process.The two-way interaction between situational experience and self-improvement promotes the spiritual elevation of individuals in terms of political belief,professional quality and collective consciousness.This model breaks through the limitation of existing research that"emphasizes macro policies while neglecting organizational collaboration",deepens the internal transformation mechanism of volunteer service education from"cognition-emotion-behavior",not only providing theoretical references for the integration of practical education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,but also promoting the paradigm transformation of volunteer service from"activity-based participation"to"institutionalized education".It has significant practical significance for strengthening the value recognition of young people and cultivating their sense of responsibility.关键词
