"一带一路"倡议下高校国际拔尖创新人才培养模式探究

Abstract
The cultivation of internationally outstanding innovative talent is a core driver for advancing the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)from its initial stage of"infrastructure connectivity"toward deeper goals of"industrial synergy"and"people-to-people bonds".The BRI and the development of such talent interact through both"demand-driven"and"capacity-supporting"dynamics.Therefore,nurturing globally competitive innovators requires alignment with emerging industrial transformations,the complexities of international cooperation,the challenges of global governance,and the imperatives of integrated educational development.However,in the cultivation of top-tier international innovative talents,universities still face multiple challenges,mainly reflected in three dimensions:cross-disciplinary barriers,insufficient resource coordination,and rigid evaluation mechanisms.To overcome these obstacles,this paper takes interdisciplinary integration as the core and explores innovative pathways and strategies for cultivating top international innovative talents under the"Belt and Road"framework from three perspectives:curriculum restructuring across disciplines,international collaborative education,and innovation in evaluation mechanisms.The goal is to comprehensively enhance the quality of international top-tier innovative talents and promote high-quality economic and social development.关键词
