双一流背景下土木工程专业青年教师教学科研相互促进策略与措施

Abstract
The construction of first-class undergraduate majors is a crucial strategy for accelerating the modernization of higher education in China and fostering the innovative development of universities.This strategy aims to enhance the overall level of higher education in China,cultivate more high-quality talents,and strengthen the innovation capacity and international competitiveness of universities.Young teachers have become a significant driving force in the reform and innovation of higher education.Equipped with a solid theoretical foundation and high-level teaching literacy,young teachers are pivotal in nurturing outstanding talents and supporting the construction of top-tier majors and disciplines.This paper summarizes the current shortcomings in the mutual enhancement of teaching and research among young civil engineering teachers and introduces strategies and approaches for promoting the synergy between teaching and research in civil engineering.These include the two-way integration of teaching and research,innovative talent training models,the establishment of incentive mechanisms,and the continuous improvement of these approaches.These strategies and approaches can facilitate a positive interaction between teaching and research for civil engineering teachers,enhance the quality of teaching and research,and contribute to the construction of first-class undergraduate programs.关键词
