摘要
Abstract
Macrophages,as pivotal immune cells in the diabetic wound healing process,whose functional abnormalities that constitute the core mechanism underlying wound chronicity.The M1/M2 phenotypic transformation of macrophages is a core strategy of the immune system in responding to changes in the internal and external environment.It directly determines the direction and intensity of the absolute immune response,achieving a dynamic balance of"defense-repair".This review comprehensively elucidates the multifaceted mechanisms of macrophage dysfunction in diabetic wounds and systematically reviews current therapeutic strategies for modulating macrophage function in diabetic wound healing.It emphasizes that the development of safer,more effective,and highly targeted macrophage modulation strategies is crucial for improving the quality of life in patients with diabetic ulcers.关键词
