Abstract
Diabetic foot is one of the severe chronic complications of diabetes mellitus,among which the treatment of ischemic diabetic foot is particularly challenging.As an important alternative to conventional therapies,cell therapy has emerged as a promising new strategy for these patients.Currently,various cell therapies have been applied in clinical practice,including platelet gel,mesenchymal stem cells,mononuclear cells,endothelial progenitor cells,clinical-grade human neural stem cells,and combination cell therapies.This review focuses on the classification,mechanisms,current application status,as well as the problems and challenges of cell therapies for ischemic diabetic foot ulcers.关键词
