医源性窦道型慢性创面临床特征分析及内镜支持下治疗的临床疗效观察
Clinical characteristics of iatrogenic sinus tract-type chronic wounds and observation of clinical efficacy under endoscopic-assisted treatment

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical characteristics of iatrogenic sinus tract-type chronic wounds and the clinical efficacy of endoscopically assisted sinus tract wound management techniques.Methods A total of 31 patients with iatrogenic sinus tract chronic wounds treated at the Wound Repair and Regenerative Medicine Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2021 to March 2022 were included.All enrolled patients underwent endoscopically assisted sinus tract wound management.The treatment course lasted for 1 month,followed by a 1-month follow-up after treatment completion.Results Iatrogenic sinus tract chronic wounds were most commonly located on the trunk(90.32%,28/31),predominantly occurring after hepatobiliary surgery(41.94%,13/31)and gastrointestinal surgery(35.48%,11/31).Morphologically,the"I"-shaped tubular type was the most frequent(80.65%,25/31).The main pathological features included exudation(77.72%,24/31)and foreign body presence(45.16%,14/31).All 31 patients achieved complete healing within 1 month of endoscopically assisted treatment,with a mean healing time of 23.45±5.55 days.No recurrence was observed in any healed patient during the 1-month follow-up.Conclusions Iatrogenic sinus tract chronic wounds are primarily caused by postoperative infection or foreign body rejection.Endoscopically assisted sinus tract wound management demonstrates significant diagnostic and therapeutic advantages for such wounds.关键词
