摘要
Abstract
The Warburg effect is associated with the metabolic mechanism of malignant tumors,and through metabolic reprogramming,it supplies energy and provides a conducive microenvironment for the rapid growth and metastasis of glioblastoma(GBM)cells,while helping them to escape apoptosis.An increasing number of studies have revealed the significance of the Warburg effect in the metabolic mechanism of GBM,especially the pivotal role of alterations in enzymatic pathways and related proteins in tumor progression.This article reviews the recent research advances in the metabolic mechanism of the Warburg effect in GBM,with a focus on the role of glycolysis-related enzymes and proteins and their impact on tumor growth,invasion,and drug resistance,in order to provide new ideas for further exploration of the therapeutic strategies for GBM.关键词
