中药复方治疗阿尔兹海默病的实验研究进展
Experimental Research Progress in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Formulas
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by memory impairment,cognitive decline,and personality changes,accounting for 60％to 80％of senile dementia cases.The global number of AD patients has exceeded 50 million and is projected to surpass 152 million by 2050,imposing a heavy burden on patients'families and society.The pathogenesis of AD remains incompletely understood,and while existing medications can alleviate some symptoms,they fail to halt disease progression.This article reviews experimental research advancements in TCM formulas for AD treatment.关键词
