三亚珊瑚礁国家级自然保护区不同片区造礁石珊瑚形态类群特征分析
Characteristic Analysis of Morphological Groups of Hermatypic Corals in Different Zones of the Sanya Coral Reef National Na-ture Reserve

Abstract
In order to clarify the species composition,community structure and morphological group character-istics of hermatypic corals in different areas of Sanya Coral Reef National Nature Reserve,reveal the differ-ences in coral community composition between areas,based on the survey data in 2019,this study analyzed and discussed the species composition and community structure of coral reefs in different areas of Sanya Coral Reef National Nature Reserve by using methods including taxonomic diversity index,relative richness index(R)and community similarity coefficient.The results showed that 129 species of hermatypic corals belonging to 40 genera and 13 families were found in the Sanya Coral Reef National Nature Reserve.There was little difference in coral species among the three areas.The number of coral species was Luhuitou—Yulinjiao zone>Yalong Bay zone>Dongmaozhou and Ximaozhou zone.The similarity coefficients of family,genus and species levels of hermatypic corals in the three areas were at a high level.Among them,the similarity coeffi-cient of family level in different sections is relatively high,while the similarity coefficients of genus level and species level is relatively low.The taxonomic diversity analysis of hermatypic corals in three areas showed that the diversity of coral communities in different areas was different,and the composition of coral popula-tions in each area was different.The family-level richness of hermatypic corals in different areas was consist-ent,and all of them were dominated by the family Faviidae,while there were some differences in genus-level richness.This study clarified the morphological group characteristics of hermatypic corals in different areas of Sanya Coral Reef National Nature Reserve,which can provide theoretical guidance and data support for enric-hing the coral reef resources in the reserve.关键词
