Abstract
Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP)is a major pregnancy complication threatening the safety of perinatal.This study investigated the correlation between alanine aminotransferase/alkaline phosphatase(ALT/ALP),alkaline phosphatase/γ-glutamyl transferase(ALP/GGT),and ICP.Comparative analysis of biochemical indicators between the ICP group and the healthy pregnant women group revealed that the ALT/ALP and ALP/GGT ratios showed statistically significant differences between the ICP group and the control group(P＜0.05).The combined prediction of ICP using TBA,GGT,and ALP/GGT yielded an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.993,superior to the predictive value of individual and other combined indicators.关键词
