Abstract
Sacha Inchi Oil is rich in essential fatty acids and a variety of bioactive components(e.g.,tocopherols,carotenoids,polyphenols,etc.),and exhibits significant potential for regulating blood lipids,antioxidation and anti-inflammation.This paper reviews the extraction processes of Sacha Inchi Oil,compare and analyse the advantages and disadvantages of different processes,and elucidate the mechanism of its bioactivity and potential applications,with a view to providing theoretical reference for the research and application of Sacha Inchi Oil in the field of human health promotion.关键词
