摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the demand of an industrial test system for simultaneous measurement of multi-channel DC high-voltage signal parameters,a multi-communication interface multi-channel high-precision high voltage acquisition test system is designed.The system adopts a logic controller centered on a field programmable gate array(FPGA),and supports 16 voltage signal inputs.The system supports Gigabit Ethernet,LVDS and RS422 interfaces for data interaction,and is equipped with host computer software to realize human-computer interaction,and the collected data is saved by the host computer.The system reduces the high voltage proportionally to a safe low voltage for subsequent measurement and processing by connecting multiple high-precision sampling resistors in series,uses an AD824ARZ-14 op amp to fol-low the voltage after voltage division,uses FPGA as the main control unit,and uses an AD7616BSTZ A/D converter with a resolution of 16 bits to collect voltage.Verified in actual engineering projects,the system can achieve high-precision measurement of 16 DC voltage signals ranging from-1 000 V to 1 000 V,with a signal sampling frequency of 20 Hz~1 kHz and a parameter measurement error of less than 0.1%.It can also realize data interaction through three communication interfaces and accurately record the data through the host computer,meeting the design requirements of the task book and provid-ing an important reference for the industrial optimization design of DC high voltage.
