基于补益清润原则的刮痧疗法联合穴位贴敷对小儿慢性咳嗽症状的改善效果研究
Gua sha combined with acupoint patching guided by the principle of tonifying,clearing and moistening:effects on symptom improvement in pediatric chronic cough

Abstract
Objective To evaluate whether gua sha combined with acupoint patching,guided by the principle of tonifying,clearing and moistening,improves symptoms in children with chronic cough.Methods Eighty children with chronic cough were randomized(random number table)into two groups of 40 patients each.The control group received conventional Western medical treatment;the study group received the same conventional care plus gua sha and acupoint patching based on the principle of tonifying,clearing and moistening.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Outcomes included clinical efficacy,disease recurrence rate,adverse reaction rate,time to cough relief and to cough disappearance,daytime and nighttime cough severity scores before and after intervention,and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)concentration.Results The study group achieved a total effective rate of 97.50%(39/40)versus 80.00%(32/40)in the control group;the study group's clinical efficacy was significantly better(P<0.05).Both groups experienced significant reductions in daytime and nighttime cough scores after intervention(P<0.05);post-treatment scores were significantly lower in the study group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Time to cough relief and time to cough disappearance were shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).FeNO concentrations decreased significantly in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),with lower post-treatment FeNO in the study group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The study group had a lower disease recurrence rate and a lower adverse reaction rate than the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Gua sha combined with acupoint patching,applied according to the principle of tonifying,clearing and moistening,is an effective and safe treatment for pediatric chronic cough.It significantly alleviates cough symptoms and airway inflammation,shortens disease duration,and reduces both recurrence and adverse events.关键词
