钛白粉废水制备水磷铁矿与高纯石膏工艺研究
Study on preparation of phosphate ferrihydrite and high-purity gypsum from titanium dioxide wastewater

Abstract
A large amount of iron-containing acidic wastewater is produced in the production process of titanium dioxide.Direct neutralization treatment has the problems of waste of iron resources and difficult utilization of titanium gypsum.Based on this,the phosphate ferrihydrite functional material was prepared by hydrothermal method by adding a small amount of phosphoric acid to titanium dioxide wastewater.The effects of phosphorus-iron ratio(1∶3-1∶1),reaction temperature(100-200℃)and reaction time(0.5-6 h)on the synthesis product and iron recovery rate were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of reaction tempe-rature of 180℃,reaction time of 6 h and phosphorus-iron ratio of 4∶5,the spherical phosphate ferrihydrite with multi-level structure is synthesized.The grain size is 25.8 nm,and the particle size is concentrated in 6-10 μm.At this time,the iron recovery rate in the original solution is 99.65%.Under the optimum conditions for the preparation of water phosphorus iron ore,calcite was added to the residual acidic waste liquid to obtain low-impurity gypsum(whiteness of 78.59%).The research results can provide reference for the high-value utilization of similar industrial waste liquid.关键词
