Research progress on separation process and flotation reagents of copper-zinc-tin polymetallic ore

Abstract
As an important strategic metal resource,copper-zinc-tin polymetallic ore has attracted much attention because it is rich in copper,zinc,tin and other valuable metal elements.The efficient separation and utilization of such ores is not only crucial to ensure the safety of national mineral resources,but also a key link in promoting the construc-tion of green mines.The separation difficulties of this type of minerals are analyzed from the aspects of ore properties,mineral interaction and parameter control of separation process of copper-zinc-tin polymetallic ore.The technical cha-racteristics of the existing separation processes are reviewed.The mainstream processes include magnetic-flotation-gravity combined process,full flotation process and other processes.The advantages and limitations of each process in resource recovery,economy and environmental protection are systematically evaluated.The application research pro-gress of this type of mineral flotation reagents is reviewed,and the mechanism and application effect of chalcopyrite collector,sphalerite inhibitor and cassiterite collector are expounded.In the future,we should focus on innovative directions such as intelligent gravity separation equipment,AI auxiliary reagent design,intelligent separation system based on machine vision and composite force field separation technology,in order to provide theoretical support and tech-nical reference for the efficient development and sustainable utilization of copper-zinc-tin polymetallic ore resources.关键词
