煤化工废盐处理与资源化利用现状分析

Abstract
Waste salt from the coal chemical industry is generated from the evaporation and crystallization of high-salinity wastewater.It is characterized by complex composition,high environmental risks,and significant challenges in resource utilization,making it a critical challenge for achieving"near-zero discharge"in the coal chemical sector.This study systematically analyzed the composition and environmental risks of coal chemical waste salt,highlighting its characteristic"mixed salt"nature and the potential threats posed by embedded pollutants such as organic compounds and heavy metals to soil,water,and ecosystems.On this basis,the mainstream treatment approaches were reviewed,including key technologies for organic degradation,inorganic impurity removal,and salt purification.Special attention was given to the resource utilization approaches of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate.The study further focused on the waste salt management system,examining the progress in the development of China's pollution control and product quality standards,and comparing the applicability and technical aspects of key documents,such as the Technical specification for pollution control of utilizing and disposing waste salts from chemical industry.Finally,given the challenges in resource utilization—such as difficulties in treating mixed salts,insufficient economic incentives,gaps in standard systems—this study offered recommendations for technological innovation,policy guidance,and the refinement of standards.关键词
