摘要
Abstract
Porcine adenovirus(PADV),a common pathogen in pigs,poses a significant threat to the development of pig breeding industry.This review summarizes the research progress on the pathogenesis,diagnostic methods,and immunological prevention and control of PADV.In terms of pathogenesis,PADV could infect pigs through various ways,leading to intestinal,respiratory,and other systemic lesions.Diagnostic methods include virus isolation and identification,serological tests,molecular biology assays,and other technologies,each with its advantages and limitations.Immunological prevention and control include vaccination and comprehensive prevention and control strategies.An in-depth understanding of these aspects will aid in more effective prevention and control of PADV infection and ensure the healthy development of pig breeding industry.关键词
