Biological functions of Acer truncatum Bunge leaves and their applications in animal production
摘要
Abstract
Acer truncatum Bunge is a tree species in China,known for its ecological,ornamental,and economic value.Its leaves are rich in amino acids,vitamins,mineral elements,and various bioactive compounds such as flavonoids,chlorogenic acid,and polysaccharides,making it highly promising for livestock and poultry feed development.Studies have shown that the leaf powder,extract,and fermentation products from Acer truncatum leaves can promote animal growth,enhance immune function,improve antioxidant capacity,and enhance the quality of livestock products.This review systematically summarizes the mechanisms of its active components and their applications,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and wide application of this resource.关键词
