氮磷钾配施对箭叶淫羊藿生长及产量的影响
Effects of Combined Application of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium on Growth and Yield of Epimedium sagittatum

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the effects of the combined application of ni-trogen(N),phosphorus(P),and potassium(K)on the key growth traits and yield of Epimedium sagit-tatum,and to determine the appropriate fertilization parameters,so as to provide a scientific basis for the ecological cultivation,and yield enhancement of this medicinal plant.[Method]A field experiment was conducted at the Epimedium sagittatum planting base in Qinglang Township,Huitong County,Huaihua City,Hunan Province.The basic soil fertility was as follows:alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen 89 mg/kg,a-vailable phosphorus 19 mg/kg,and available potassium 78 mg/kg.Two-year-old Epimedium sagittatum seedlings were used,and a"3414"fertilizer experiment design was adopted,involving three factors(N,P,K)with four levels each,resulting in 14 treatments with three replicates per treatment.Key growth indicators were measured.Correlation and regression analyses were performed,and repeated-measures a-nalysis of variance was employed to analyze the interaction effects between fertilization and time.[Result]Repeated-measures ANOVA showed that fertilization treatments had significant or highly significant main effects on plant height,leaf morphology,and biomass(P<0.05).The rational combined application of N,P,and K fertilizers significantly promoted the vegetative growth of Epimedium sagittatum.Among all treatments,the application of medium P and K under low N level(N1 P2 K2)showed the most significant promoting effect on leaf area and biomass accumulation,increasing leaf area and fresh weight by 70.5％and 28.0％,respectively,compared with the control.Similarly,the N1 P2 K1 treatment resulted in the greatest plant height(22.48±5.73 cm),which was 69.4％higher than that of the control.Correlation analysis indicated that leaf area was significantly positively correlated with plant height,ground diameter,and fresh weight(P<0.01).[Conclusion]A fertilizer effect function was established through regression analysis,and the optimal fertilization rates for maximizing theoretical yield were determined as follows:N 21.14 g/m2,P2O5 30.09 g/m2,and K2O 9.55 g/m2.The optimal fertilization formula determined in this study can provide operable guidance for the high-yield cultivation of Epimedium sagittatum.关键词
