板栗SnRK2基因在非生物胁迫下表达模式研究
Expression Pattern of SnRK2 Genes in Chestnut under Abiotic Stress

Abstract
SnRK2 gene family is involved in the plant hormone ABA signaling pathway and plays an important role in regulating plant resistance to abiotic stresses.In order to identify the SnRK2 gene family in chestnut and explore its expression patterns under abiotic stress,this study identified the CmSnRK2 gene family members and performed bioinformatics analysis,and explored the expression patterns under different abiotic stress through transcriptome analysis and qRT-PCR.The results showed that the chestnut genome contains five members of the CmSnRK2 gene family,unevenly distributed across the four chromosomes.CmSnRK2 gene family members can be divided into three groups,with extremely conserved protein structure,protein motif,and the number of gene coding sequences.The transcriptome analysis showed that members of CmSnRK2 gene family demonstrated extensive response to various abiotic stresses.Notable,CmSnRK2_3 demonstrated differential expression under drought,waterlogging,ABA,cold and high temperature stress,while CmSnRK2_5 was differentially expressed under low light stress.Finally,qRT-PCR test showed that the relative expressions of CmSnRK2_1,CmSnRK2_2 and CmSnRK2_3 were significantly increased under different abiotic stress,suggesting that the CmSnRK2 gene family played an important role in chestnut resistance to abiotic stress,and validate the transcriptome data.This study provides a theoretical basis for further study into genes related to abiotic stress tolerance in chestnut.关键词
