Cu-CDs对HMX/AP基含能复合材料热分解和激光点火性能的影响
Effects of Cu Doped Carbon Dots Aggregates on the Thermal Decomposition and Laser Ignition Performance of HMX/AP Based Composite Energetic Materials

Abstract
To improve the laser ignition performance of HMX/AP composite energetic material,copper-doped carbon dots ag-gregates(Cu-CDs)were synthesized by hydrothermal method using citric acid,anhydrous copper sulfate,and ethylenediamine as C,Cu,and N sources respectively,where the Cu-CDs/F2311/HMX/AP composites were prepared by wet bonding.The morphology,structure and optical properties of the prepared Cu-CDs and the energetic composites were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,XRD,XPS,UV-vis-NIR DRS and fluorescence spectroscopy.And also,the thermal decomposition and 1 064nm laser ignition performance were tested.The results indicate that the three prepared Cu-CDs samples are irregularly flake-l ike or lay-ered particles with dimensions ranging from 100 nm to 2 μm and relatively smooth edges.The element Cu exists as CuⅠ、CuⅡ 和Cu0 with an atomic content of 0.88%by XPS,giving acceptable near-infrared absorbance values between 0.147 and 0.334 at 1 064nm,which increasing with the amount of ethylenediamine added.The SEM,FT-IR,and XRD results demonstrate that the Cu-CDs/F2311/HMX/AP composites combine well,with HMX,AP,and Cu-CDs maintaining their original structures.Compared to the F2311/HMX/AP composite,the Cu-CDs/F2311/HMX/AP system shows better performance on thermal de-composition and laser ignition.Specifically,the thermal decomposition apparent activation energy Ea reduces from 328.10kJ/mol to about 160kJ/mol,and the 1 064 nm laser ignition energy threshold decreases from 24.08 J/cm2 to 9.97 J/cm2.The ig-nition delay time also reduces greatly.The near infrared absorption and catalytic properties of Cu-CDs prepared exhibits good synergistic effect on promoting the near infrared laser ignition of F2311/HMX/AP composite energetic materials.关键词
