Abstract

To study the noise characteristics of the heat exchange stations,noise measurements are conducted on 11 heat exchange stations,and the characteristics of sound pressure levels,spectral changes,and the contribution rates of each noise source under different operating conditions are analyzed.The results show that the overall indoor sound pressure levels of each heat exchange station ranged from 50.8 dB(A)to 87.2 dB(A),while the outdoor noise is 45.0 dB(A)to 53.8 dB(A)and presented a low-frequency characteristic.When the operating power of the circulating pump motor increased,the sound pressure levels at 1 m from the circulating pump and in the center of the room increased,while the noise sound pressure levels of the control cabinet and adjacent rooms did not change significantly.The maximum sound pressure level of each measurement point shifted towards the high-frequency range.The total noise contribution rates of each noise source in the heat exchange station are as follows:Circulating water pump,sediment remover,control cabinet,valve,and water tank.Among them,the noise contribution rate of the circulating pump is the highest in the low-frequency band.By adopting noise reduction measures such as vibration reduction,sound insulation,and sound absorption,the noise of the underground heat exchange station can be controlled,reducing the energy consumption of the heat exchange station and meeting the requirements of relevant national standards.
