Abstract
To address the issue of increased internal temperature and increased equipment failure risk in the roof of prefabricated substations due to solar radiation,a roof insulation structure design based on aluminum foil bubble composite material is proposed.The optimal structural parameters are determined through material selection,thermal calculation and numerical modeling,and a control experiment is carried out to verify the insulation performance.The results show that the inner surface temperature of the aluminum foil bubble composite material roof is significantly lower than that of the traditional extruded polystyrene board.When the number of bubble layers is 2 and the bubble diameter is 12 mm,the thermal conductivity is as low as 0.028 W/(m·K),achieving the best insulation performance.The material has the advantages of lightweight,waterproof,moisture-proof and passive energy-saving,and can effectively reduce air conditioning energy consumption by 15%to 30%.关键词
