葛根芩连汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊防治腹部及盆腔恶性肿瘤放射性肠炎的临床效果
Clinical effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules on preventing and treating radiation enteritis of abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Gegen Keminlia n Decoction combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules in preventing radiation enteritis(RE)in patients with abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors who received radiotherapy at Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the single Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules group and the dual drug combination group,with 40 cases in each group.One day before radiotherapy,the single Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules group was treated with Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules,and the dual drug combination group was treated with Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules.The acute radiation injury grading and the incidence of RE were compared between the two groups.The changes in the Chinese medicine symptom scores,inflammatory indicators(interleukin-6[IL-6],serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein[hs-CRP]),and immune function indicators(immunoglobulin G[IgG],immunoglobulin A[IgA],and immunoglobulin M[IgM])before radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results The Radiation Therapy Oncology Group(RTOG)grading of the dual drug combination group was better than that of the single Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules group,and the incidence of RE was lower than that of the single Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Three months after radiotherapy,the 7 Chinese medicine symptom scores of both groups were lower than those 1 d before radiotherapy,and the 7 Chinese medicine symptom scores of the dual drug combination group were lower than those of the single Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Three months after radiotherapy,the levels of serum IL-6,hs-CRP of both groups were lower than those 1 d before radiotherapy,and the levels of serum IgG,IgA,and IgM were higher than those 1 d before radiotherapy,the levels of serum IL-6,hs-CRP in the dual drug combination group were lower than those in the single Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules group,and the levels of serum IgG,IgA,and IgM were higher than those in the single Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Gegen Keminlian Decoction combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules can effectively improve acute radiation injury,reduce the risk of RE,alleviate Chinese medicine-related symptoms,alleviate inflammatory responses,and improve immune function in patients with abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors.关键词
