椎间孔镜宽视野简易即刻手术与经皮椎间孔入路椎间孔镜系统技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果
Comparison of clinical efficacy between the broad easy immediate surgery technique and the transforaminal endoscopic spine system in patients with lumbar disc herniation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the comparison of clinical efficacy between the broad easy immediate surgery(BEIS)technique and the transforaminal endoscopic spine system(TESSYS)in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from August 2022 to August 2025 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)by lottery.The control group received TESSYS technology,while the observation group received BEIS technology.The two groups were compared in terms of treatment outcomes,changes in clinical indicators,lumbar physiological parameters before and after treatment,pain mediator and inflammatory factor levels,pain scores,lumbar function scores,and the incidence of postoperative complications.Results The tota l effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The operative time and postoperative bed rest time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and incision length was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the lumbar physiological parameters in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of inflammatory factors were lower than those in th e control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the vi-sual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion have achieved remarkable results by using the intervertebral foramen endoscopic BEIS technique.This method can improve the function of the lumbar spine,alleviate pain,and reduce inflammatory responses.关键词
