糖尿病周围神经病变麻木期患者舌象特征与实验室指标相关性研究
Research on the correlation between tongue manifestations and laboratory indicators in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy at the numbness stage

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the tongue manifestations and the laboratory indicators such as blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,blood lipids,C-reactive protein,uric acid,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy during the numbness stage,so as to provide references for relevant research.Methods The tongue manifestations of patients were collected using the TFDA-1 tongue manifestation instrument and interpreted by experts.The laboratory indicators of patients were recorded.The Spearman method was used in the SPSS statistical software to conduct a correlation analysis between the distribution characteristics and parameter characteristics of tongue manifestations and laboratory indicators.Results A total of 598 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy during the numbness stage were included.In terms of blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indicators,red-crimson tongue and thin tongue coating were positively correlated with fasting blood glucose(FBG),and dry tongue coating was positively correlated with FBG,postprandial blood glucose(PBG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),while thick tongue coating and greasy tongue coating were negatively correlated with FBG,and purplish-blue tongue and greasy tongue coating were negatively correlated with HbA1c.In terms of blood lipid indicators,light-purple tongue and dark-red tongue were positively correlated with triglyceride(TG),and ecchymosis was positively correlated with low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),while cracked tongue was negatively correlated with total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and LDL-C.In terms of uric acid,light-purple tongue was positively correlated with uric acid,while light-red tongue was negatively correlated with uric acid.In terms of C-reactive protein,fat tongue and thin tongue coating were positively correlated with CRP,while petechiae and thorny tongue were negatively correlated with CRP.In terms of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,peeled tongue coating was positively correlated with erythrocyte sedimentation rate.Conclusion The distribution characteristics of tongue manifestations in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy during the numbness stage are correlated with FBG,PBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,CRP,uric acid,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate to varying degrees.Combining tongue manifestations and laboratory indicators of patients is helpful to the early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.关键词
