"态靶辨治"思想下运用"六郁"理论分态论治肿瘤相关抑郁
State-based treatment of cancer-related depression utilizing the six stagnation theory under the state-target framework
摘要
Abstract
Guided by the"state-target differentiation and treatment"theory and combined with Zhu Danxi's theory of six stagnation diseases,this study explores a new state-based treatment model for cancer-related depression.Patients with cancer-related depression are categorized into six states for syndrome differentiation and treatment:qi stagnation state,blood stagnation state,fire stagnation state,dampness stagnation state,phlegm stagnation state,and food stagnation state.The core of state-based treatment lies in integrating macro"state regulation"with micro"targeting",achieving a unity of the whole and the local.By simultaneously regulating states and targeting pathologies,and addressing stagnations,this approach not only inherits the core principles of the traditional six stagnations theory but also incorporates the practical implications of modern state-target differentiation and treatment.It provides a clear and effective diagnostic and therapeutic framework for enriching and developing traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cancer-related depression.关键词
