The experience of Professor Liu Jianhua in the treatment of epiglottic ulcer based on the theory of"treating the middle burner as if balancing a scale"
摘要
Abstract
Epiglottic ulcer is not a rare laryngeal disease,but its treatment effect of modern medicine is not significant,which troubles clinicians.Professor Liu Jianhua,based on her years of clinical experience,believes that throat ulcer is often due to"spleen cold and stomach heat",as the throat is closely related to the spleen and stomach.Therefore,the treatment of the disease can be guided by the theory of"treating the middle energizer as if balancing a scale".In the treatment of epiglottic ulcers,approaches can be adopted for ascending spleen qi and reducing stomach fire,in order to achieve a balance between yin and yang,and between cold and heat.Additionally,depending on the varying stages of the disease,appropriate remedies are used to nourish qi and yin,to promote the flow of qi and activate blood circulation.Professor Liu Jianhua attaches emphasis on treating the root cause of the disease,combining the disease with its syndromes,and matching the formula to a specific syndrome when prescribing medication.She is adept at using classical formulas with modifications based on syndrome differentiation,providing new insights into the treatment of throat ulcer diseases with traditional Chinese medicine,and achieving significant clinical results.关键词
