径向流甲醇合成反应器传热特性数值模拟
Numerical simulation of heat transfer characteristics in radial flow methanol synthesis reactors

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of uneven temperature distribution of catalytic bed and excessive lo-cal temperature rise in bed of an industrial-grade radial methanol synthesis reactor,the mathematical model of the heat transfer system for a radial synthesis reactor was established by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method,and the temperature field of the synthesis reactor was numerically simula-ted.The reliability of the simulation results was verified by the temperature field data of the bed ob-tained from the factory.Subsequently,the influence of the tangential intake structure on the heat transfer performance of the radial synthesis reactor was explored by changing the cylinder opening an-gle,and the process operation parameters of the reactor were optimized on the basis of optimal tan-gential intake structure.The results show that the reasonable tangential intake structure can improve the mixing degree of fluid in the reactor,increase the contact area of the reactants,and enhance the heat transfer.The temperature field uniformity of the radial methanol synthesis reactor can be im-proved with a reasonable inlet speed of 9.17-15.17 m/s,a temperature of 483.2-498.2 K,and a hydrogen-carbon ratio of 2.024-2.097.关键词
