循经铜砭刮痧联合功率踏车对冠心病血瘀证病人心肺功能及中医证候的影响
Effect of meridian-based copper scraping combined with cycle ergometer exercise on cardiopulmonary function and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes in patients with blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of meridian-based copper scraping combined with cycle ergometer exercise on cardiopulmonary function and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes in patients with blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 66 patients with stable coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome who were admitted to a tertiary grade A hospital in Guangxi from October 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group received conventional medication,nursing and aerobic exercise rehabilitation using a cycle.On this basis,the experimental group received meridian-based copper scraping in addition to the control group treatment,once a week for 12 weeks,then to compare the changes of anaerobic threshold,peak oxygen uptake,peak oxygen pulse,peak power and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results:A total of 63 patients were ultimately included,with 31 in the control group and 32 in the experimental group.After 12 weeks of intervention,the cardiopulmonary function indicators and TCM syndrome scores of both groups of patients were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention(P＜0.05).Moreover,the increase amplitudes of anaerobic threshold,peak oxygen uptake,peak oxygen pulse,and peak power in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the decrease in TCM syndrome scores was more obvious(all P＜0.05).Conclusions:Meridian-based copper scraping combined with cycle ergometer exercise is more effective than cycle ergometer exercise alone in improving the cardiopulmonary function and blood stasis syndrome and alleviating blood stasis syndrome in patients with stable coronary heart disease.关键词
