数字健康技术在结肠镜病人肠道准备管理中的研究进展
Research progress on digital health technologies in bowel preparation management for colonoscopy patients
摘要
Abstract
The quality of intestinal preparation before colonoscopy directly affected the examination outcome.The traditional preparation mode had problems such as low compliance and delayed feedback.Digital health technology offered new solutions for gut preparation management.This article introduced the application forms,effects and limitations of digital health technologies such as mobile applications,artificial intelligence and virtual reality in intestinal preparation for colonoscopy patients,and pointed out that digital health technologies can improve the quality of intestinal preparation and patient compliance through personalized education,real-time feedback,intelligent assessment and other means.However,there were still challenges in terms of technical generalization,clinical adaptability,standard norms and data security.In the future,efforts should be made to promote the co-construction of multi-center data,the integration of cross-modal technologies,and the establishment of a standardized system,so as to achieve large-scale and precise application of digital health technologies in bowel preparation management.关键词
