Research Advances in Extraction Methods and Quantitative Analysis of Ganoderma Polysaccharides

Abstract
Polysaccharides derived from Ganoderma spp.represent crucial bioactive constituents and serve as key indicators for assessing the quality and functional properties of Ganoderma products.The market exhibits a wide variety of Ganoderma products,each necessitating distinct methodologies for polysaccharide quantification.This review systematically examines recent literature and databases including Web of Science,PubMed,SciFinder,and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure to compare and analyze extraction and quantitative analytical techniques for Ganoderma polysaccharides,highlighting the characteristics of each approach.Conventional extraction methods such as hot water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction,and microwave-assisted extraction continue to predominate.Concurrently,emerging technologies namely enzymatic extraction,deep eutectic solvent extraction,resolvent extraction,extrusion processing,rapid solvent extraction,steam explosion,and high voltage electric field application are increasingly adopted.To optimize polysaccharide yield,research has increasingly focused on synergistic composite extraction strategies that integrate multiple techniques.Regarding quantification,ultraviolet spectrophotometry remains the most widely utilized method;however,advanced instrumental techniques including high-performance liquid chromatography,ion chromatography,and mass spectrometry are progressively employed to enhance analytical accuracy.The integration of mathematical statistics and chemometric algorithms with non-destructive detection technologies is anticipated to foster the development of intelligent quantitative methods,representing a promising future direction for precise analysis and quality control of Ganoderma polysaccharides.关键词
