某电厂凝汽器管焊缝穿孔失效分析
Failure analysis of weld seam perforation in condenser tubes of a power plant

Abstract
After chemical cleaning,perforations were observed in the weld seams of the condenser tubes at a power plant.To determine the cause of leakage and the mechanism of perforation,the analysis was implemented,including scale composition analysis,microstructure,water analysis etc.The results show that the main composition of the scale is CaCO3,along with certain corrosive elements such as S and P.The hard scale deposits restricted the flow of corrosion products,leading to under-deposit corrosion.During the chemical cleaning process,the violent reaction between sulfamic acid and calcium carbonate produces plenty of CO2 gas,resulting in cavitation corrosion.Given the inherent weakness of the tube welds and combined with these factors,perforation ultimately occurred.By analyzing and offering rational recommendations,it provides a reference for future problem resolution.关键词
