Abstract

Aiming at the problems of high precision,high reliability and high efficiency of the hydraulic synchronous control system,the influencing factors of hydraulic synchronous error are analyzed,including:the motion resistance of the actuator,the pressure of the hydraulic system,the sealing performance of the hydraulic system,the content of gas in the hydraulic oil and the oil temperature factors.Various synchronous control methods and control strategies proposed in recent years have been summarized for these influencing factors.The results show that:in terms of open-loop control,on the basis of traditional control,through the optimization and improvement of control elements,oil replenishment devices and actuating elements,the synchronous control effect can be improved,but the error is relatively large.In terms of closed-loop control,the control methods are mainly divided into"master-slave control""equivalent control"and"cross-coupling control".In terms of control effect,the cross-coupling control strategy is superior to the other two strategies.In terms of control algorithms,combining advanced control algorithms with traditional synchronous control technologies can greatly improve control accuracy and has become a new direction in the research of hydraulic synchronous control.
