双环形热管盾构刀具制造及换热性能研究

Abstract
As the key equipment of tunnel construction,the tool performance of shield machine plays a decisive role in engineering efficiency and cost.In the process of long-term tunneling,due to the influence of mechanical friction and rock cutting,combined with the use of high hardness and high wear resistance materials,the thermal conductivity of shield cutter is not good,which leads to the high working temperature of shield cutter,which seriously affects its service life and performance.Therefore,a double-ring heat pipe shield cutter is proposed and fabricated,with the heat pipe applied to the cutter to solve the heat dissipation problem through their combination,and the influence of different input power and different air cooling conditions on the heat transfer performance of the double-ring shield cutter are investigated.The experimental results show that the double-annular heat pipe with 10%+20%filling rate reduces the thermal resistance of the shield cutter by 38.63%.In the 20 min cooling stage,the temperature of the shield tool with heat pipe decreases faster than that of the shield tool without heat pipe,and the cooling effect increases by about 44.6%.In the process of increasing power,the cooling effect of the air-cooled double-annular heat pipe shield cutter is more obvious.From 4 400 W to 6 000 W,the cooling effect is increased by about 15%.关键词
