基于有限元分析的点胶机移动轴结构设计与性能评估
Structural Design and Performance Evaluation of the Moving Axis of a Dispensing Machine Based on Finite Element Analysis

Abstract
As a key equipment for accurately coating or dispensing colloids onto the surface of products,the dispensing machine is widely applied in fields such as electronic component packaging,photovoltaics,and power batteries.However,dispensing machines have faced the problem of insufficient precision and stability in mass production.To solve this issue,research is conducted on the moving axis structure of dispensing machines,aiming to enhance their motion performance and stability.Based on the dispensing functional requirements of TWS earphones,the structure of the dispensing machine's moving axis is designed,three-dimensional modeling is completed using SolidWorks software,and static mechanical analysis and vibration modal analysis are performed on the moving axis with the help of ANSYS software to verify the effectiveness of the design.The study shows that the maximum displacement and maximum stress of the moving axis are within reasonable ranges,and the structural rigidity and strength meet the requirements.The natural frequencies of the first six orders do not resonate with the excitation force frequency during operation,and each order of vibration mode exhibits good characteristics,which can effectively suppress vibrations and ensure system stability.It is verified that the moving axis structure meets the design requirements of the dispensing machine in terms of rigidity,vibration characteristics,and motion stability.A theoretical basis and practical guidance are provided for the performance optimization of dispensing machines and is of great significance for improving dispensing precision and production efficiency.关键词
