Design and Verification of Internet Intelligent Irrigation System Based on PID Feedback Control

Abstract
In view of the problems of unreasonable green plant irrigation,inability to operate remotely,and lack of nursing experience in most of the current home plant breeding processes,an Internet intelligent irrigation system based on PID feedback control is proposed on the basis of traditional timing sampling and detection by using big data Internet technology.The system uses low-power STM32 as the terminal of the intelligent irrigation system.Environmental information required is collected by the temperature and humidity sensor and transmitted to the controller through the 485 bus protocol.Remote data transmission and reception are carried out with the help of the Ethernet module,and the perceived data are quickly analyzed by combining the advantages of big data processing on the cloud platform,so as realize on-demand control,intelligent irrigation,experience promotion and application.The PID feedback control algorithm gives value to the data transmitted by the Internet,so that it can be transformed from the original information into an executable and optimized irrigation strategy,and the system structure and parameters are improved through MATLAB virtual simulation technology,and the optimal regulator parameters Kn=11.5 and τn=131.52 are obtained,which improves the intelligent level of the Internet in agricultural applications.The results show that the PID feedback control mode of the pump starts at the moment,the rise time is short,the overshoot is small,and the system curve fluctuates at the moment of adding the disturbance,but it quickly recovers to stability,which overcomes the problems of complex control strategy and high cost of the existing intelligent irrigation system.In addition,by integrating the advantages of big data,case replication and promotion are carried out according to the living habits of different green plants,which effectively meets the needs of irrigation for most home plant maintenance.关键词
