基于ABB工业机器人的智能分拣装配系统设计
Design of Intelligent Sorting and Assembly System Based on ABB Industrial Robot

Abstract
With the deep penetration of intelligent technologies,the electronics manufacturing industry is accelerating the reconstruction of production paradigms and industrial ecosystems.To meet the production needs of intelligent sorting and installation of chips for PCB products,a chip intelligent sorting system with industrial robots as the core has been designed,equipped with an Omron vision system,Siemens PLC,and Weinview touch screen.The system uses a Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC as the main control unit,ABB industrial robots as the execution unit,Omron industrial cameras as the visual inspection unit,and a Weinview TK8071IP as the HMI(Human-Machine Interface).Each unit module of the system is connected via Ethernet communication.The design includes PLC communication programs,visual inspection processes,industrial robot sorting and installation operation programs,interrupt programs,and touch screen monitoring interfaces.Through system joint debugging and application testing,the results show that the chip sorting accuracy of the intelligent sorting and installation system reaches over 98.7%,the assembly efficiency of PCB products is significantly improved.The safety device ensures 100%production safety,the customized PCB product assembly model has better adaptability,high intelligence,and flexibility,and the market prospect is broad.关键词
