Research on Patient Capital,New Quality Productive Forces,and Enhancing Supply Chain Resilience of Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the profound restructuring of the global supply chain landscape and the accelerated evolution of the digital economy,supply chain resilience has become a core underpin-ning for manufacturing enterprises to withstand risk shocks and achieve sustainable development.The long-term empowerment of patient capital and the technological driving force of new quality productive forces jointly constitute the key forces for manufacturing enterprises to enhance supply chain resilience.This study aims to conduct an empirical test on the impact of patient capital on the supply chain resili-ence of manufacturing enterprises and explore the mediating role of new quality productive forces in this impact path.This paper selects A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2013 to 2024 as the research sample,and adopts a combination of statistical analysis and econometric analysis to conduct empirical tests and analyses.The results show that patient capital significantly promotes the improve-ment of supply chain resilience of manufacturing enterprises,and new quality productive forces play a mediating role in the path through which patient capital affects the enhancement of supply chain resili-ence of manufacturing enterprises.The heterogeneity analysis reveals that the promoting effect of patient capital on supply chain resilience is more pronounced in state-owned manufacturing enterprises and those located in the eastern regions of China.This study provides a theoretical foundation for manufac-turing enterprises to enhance supply chain resilience,and offers valuable decision-making insights for governments to implement tailored policy interventions and improve supporting safeguard mechanisms.关键词
