摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain hemicellulose with high extraction rate and effectively extract cellulose and lignin from Pueraria lobata residue,a large amount of waste P.lobata residue produced by P.lobata starch industry was used as raw materials to extract hemicellulose by alkali extraction method.Based on the single-factor experiments of screening different mass fractions of NaOH solution,extraction temperature and extraction time,the response surface method was adopted to further optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of hemicellulose from P.lobata residue were 5.0 g of P.lobata residue,100 mL of 8.9%NaOH solution,an extraction temperature of 69℃and an extraction time of 4.4 h.The yield of hemicellulose was 92.6%,which was not much different from the theoretical yield(92.7%).The structure and properties of the extracted hemicellulose were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,1 H nuclear magnetic resonance and 13 C nuclear magnetic resonance as well as thermogravimetric analysis.The characterization results showed that the extracted hemicellulose from P.lobata residue presented a gray-white powder,with no acetyl groups in the side chain,and the main component was poly-arabinose xylose.It had good thermal stability and could exist stably below 217℃.
