Chinese expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of brain metastases from epithelial ovarian cancer
摘要
Abstract
Epithelial ovarian cancer brain metastasis(OCBM)is a rare but clinically significant event in the advanced stage of the disease,associated with a poor prognosis.It is characterized by insidious onset,rapid progression,complex diagnostic and therapeutic challenges,and a lack of high-quality evidence-based data.To improve the standardization of OCBM diagnosis and treatment,this consensus systematically reviews relevant domestic and international research progress,integrates evidence-based medicine with multidisciplinary expert opinions,and provides recommendations on epidemiological characteristics,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up management.The aim is to serve as a reference for clinical decision-making and the comprehensive management of OCBM.关键词
