摘要
Abstract
Stanford Type B aortic dissection(TBAD)represents a prevalent and life-threatening aortic pathology.Thoracic endovascular aortic repair(TEVAR)has supplanted open surgery as the principal therapeutic modality, offering minimally invasive access and accelerated recovery.Nevertheless, the persistence of perfused false lumen following TEVAR constitutes a critical unresolved challenge, predisposing patients to aneurysmal degeneration and late adverse events. This article systematically reviews core literature from both domestic and international sources, and combines it with guidelines from vascular-related societies both domestically and internationally. It is found that continuous perfusion of the false lumen after TEVAR remains a major challenge at present, while emerging endovascular techniques show promising prospects in terms of embolizing the false lumen and promoting aortic remodeling.关键词
