东北地区人才供给与新质生产力的耦合协调分析
Analysis of coupling coordination between talent supply and new quality productive forces in Northeast China
摘要
Abstract
To promote the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China,fostering new quality productive forces with high-quality talent supply is critical.Using 34 cities of Northeast China from 2014 to 2023,this paper examines the coupling coordination between talent supply and new quality productive forces.The results show that the coordination degree first declines and then rises,with Shenyang and Dalian achieving high-quality coordination.Spatial agglomeration is significant,featuring high-high and low-low clusters.Major drivers include fiscal education expenditure,high-tech enterprises,and professional technicians.The main constraints are the shortage of technical personnel,insufficient patents,and backward high-tech industries.Strategies are proposed regarding talent policies,regional cooperation,scientific investment,industrial upgrading and innovation ecology.The conclusions provide a reference for talent policy optimization and new quality productive forces development in Northeast China.关键词
