Research on the coupling and coordinated development of technological innovation efficiency of the oil and gas industry and regional economic resilience

Abstract
Focusing on the coupling and coordinated relationship between technological innovation efficiency of the oil and gas industry and regional economic resilience,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for both,measures them using the SBM-DDF model,and analyzes their coupling and coordinated development in 29 regions from 2015 to 2023 using the coupling coordination model,Dagum Gini coefficient and spatial Markov chain.The results show that their overall coupling relationship is at the primary coordination stage with a slow annual upward trend;there are regional differences in coupling coordination level,which is the highest in the eastern region and the lowest in the western region;all regions exhibit club convergence.The conclusions provide a reference for technological innovation of the oil and gas industry and coordinated regional integrated development.关键词
