基于改进DEMATEL-ISM模型的商用车发动机零部件供应链风险研究
Study on the risk of commercial vehicle engine component supply chain based on improved DEMATEL-ISM model
摘要
Abstract
To enhance the resilience and security of the supply chain for commercial vehicle engine components,from the perspective of social risk governance and based on the supply chain life cycle theory,this study adopts an improved DEMATEL-ISM model to scientifically quantify the hierarchical structure among risk factors and analyze the key factors influencing the safety and resilience of the supply chain.Several recommendations are put forward,including constructing a multi-dimensional risk monitoring and defense system for the supply chain,building a visual collaboration platform,implementing full-life-cycle product engineering management,and improving the capability of logistics risk management.The research findings provide a reference for enhancing the identification and prevention of risks in the supply chain for commercial vehicle engine components.关键词
